Forge 30: Forge 30 is a 30-minute METCON (metabolic conditioning) HIIT-style class aimed to increase heart rate while challenging the body’s muscular system. Built for all levels of fitness, there is no need to be intimidated, as our coaches will help you become adept through modifications to match your abilities!

 

Forge 60

Forge 60: Forge 60 is the 60-minute experience where we focus on expanding the 30-minute programming utilizing more compound and power movements, while extending intervals to push you into a new realm of achievement!

Open Gym

Fridays
4pm – 6pm

Saturdays
9am – 10am

Open gym is your chance to come in and work on anything and everything you want! You can choose to go through the program for that day, work on barbell technique, or simply get some breathing in. It is all up to you!

Yoga

Sundays
1pm – 2pm

Welcome to your perfect Sunday afternoon flow. During this mobility focused class, we do a progressive and scalable series of Yoga movements meant to enhance your body’s recovery and durability as you gear up for a new week!
