The Forge Power Training blocks are some of our most aggressive training modalities. Power Training is centered on harnessing your ability to rapidly apply strength with movement to create exceptional force. As such, our Power Training blocks are not nearly as frequent as some of the other work we do, yet they are no less important.

Without a strong core and spinal stabilizers, no amount of auxiliary training will produce the results you are seeking on the playing field. Forge's approach to Power Training is unique because we take greater care than most ensuring our client's core is ready for this workload.
Forge Power Training blocks incorporate a diverse methodology of training principles. Beyond the more familiar resistance training moves, Forge will teach you ballistic, plyometric, Olympic and combined modality techniques you may have never known existed, all to improve you power output.
