Speed training is specific and unique to enhancing your straight line acceleration and maximum top speed. How you move your legs, arms, feet, hands and hips is incredibly specific and critical when training to improve your overall speed.
While it is one of the simplest forms of movement, compared to agility and quickness training movements, the advanced techniques we teach will drastically improve your overall speed by the end of our program.
